Collection & Delivery Policy

Collection & local delivery

Orders are prepared for collection or local delivery Monday to Friday. Order before 1pm for the next working day. Orders placed at or after 1pm are available from the following working day after that.

Collection

Choose a 30-minute collection window between 7:30am and 2pm. Collect from The Thornbury Deli, Unit 7B, The Aztec Centre, Aztec West Business Park, Bristol, BS32 4TD. Please bring your order confirmation. Someone else can collect on your behalf if they have the confirmation details.

Free local delivery

Delivery is available for orders over £40 to addresses within 9 driving miles of the deli. We check the delivery address before payment. Deliveries arrive between 10am and 1pm on your chosen weekday; we cannot offer a more specific delivery window.

Availability & special requests

Choose from the dates and collection windows available at checkout. Dates may be unavailable because of holidays or capacity. For bespoke orders, dietary requirements or requests outside our usual arrangements, please call 01454 880030 before placing your order.

Missed collections

Orders not collected on the agreed day may not be eligible for a refund, especially for perishable goods. Please contact the deli if you cannot collect your order.
